Pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/3-9001, which requires the state's attorney of Cook County, upon election to that office, to execute a bond payable to Cook County in the penal sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) and to be approved by the circuit court of Cook County, the undersigned judges of the circuit court of Cook County hereby approve bond number 404023561, written by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), the official bond of Kimberly M. Foxx, duly elected state's attorney of Cook County on November 8, 2016, for the term of office commencing December 1, 2016, and ending on November 30, 2020. The above bond shall be entered of record in this court
