IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THIS COURT
The Clerk of the Circuit Court is the only agency authorized to maintain custody and control of Juvenile Court files.
Judges, Court Coordinators and Attorneys assigned to a case may review the file, make copies of orders and reports in the file, but may not retain custody of that file.
This Joint Administrative Order supercedes Joint General Order 09-10.
This order is entered this date, February 22, 2011, and shall be spread of record and published.
