RE: REQUEST FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CHILD PROTECTION RECORDS
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THIS COURT,
Any subpoena received by an employee under the supervision of the Presiding Judge of the Child Protection and Juvenile Justice divisions that orders the production of Child Protection or Juvenile Justice records or files shall be forwarded to the Office of the Presiding Judge for an appropriate response.
This Joint Administrative Order supercedes Joint General Order 09-6.
This order is entered this date, February, 22, 2011, and shall be spread of record and published.
