RE: FILING OF APPEARANCE BY PRIVATE COURT-APPOINTED COUNSEL
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THIS COURT,
All private court-appointed counsel shall file an appearance in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court immediately upon accepting appointment. All members of the private bar previously appointed as counsel in a case who have not filed an appearance in that case shall do so before the case is next before the court.
This Joint Administrative Order supercedes Joint General Order 09-7.
This order is entered this date, February 22, 2011, and shall be spread of record and published.
