GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03-06
SUBJECT: ALL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL MATTERS ARISING WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TINLEY PARK AND CRESTWOOD
Pursuant to Subdivision 2.3 (a) of General Order of the Circuit Court Number 1.2, as amended effective September 22, 2003,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED General Administrative Order No. 2003-05 is amended as follows:
All traffic and misdemeanor matters whether pending or not, to be scheduled for a court appearance on or after September 22, 2003, which arose within the territorial boundaries of the municipalities of Tinley Park and Crestwood shall be scheduled for their appearance in the Fifth Municipal District to be heard in a courtroom and on a date designated by the presiding judge of the Fifth Municipal District.
All other matters pending in the Sixth Municipal District on September 22, 2003, which arose within the territorial limits of the municipalities of Tinley Park and Crestwood shall remain in the Sixth Municipal District until disposed of unless transferred to the Fifth Municipal District by the presiding judge of the Sixth Municipal District.
- All civil and criminal matters arising within the municipalities of Tinley Park and Crestwood, on or after September 22, 2003, shall be scheduled for the Fifth Municipal District to be heard in a courtroom and on a date designated by the presiding judge of the Fifth Municipal District.
