The Mechanics Lien Section of the Chancery Division consists of Calendars 52, 53, and 54. Judges assigned to these calendars hear all actions and proceedings concerning:
- mechanics lien rights under contracts, either expressed or implied
- liens on chattels for labor or storage and
- other lien remedies available under 770 ILCS 60/0.01 et seq.
